Jewelry Purchases

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. There may be slight inconsistencies in the resin and paper used to create your jewelry piece. This is because every piece is handmade and one of a kind. These imperfections add to the charm of the piece and should not be considered a defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
