Dot
Dot is a study in accumulation: how a single mark becomes structure through repetition, layering, and time.
Built point by point and layer by layer, these works use repeated marks, pigments, inks, and paints to create relationships between density and openness, control and release, opacity and clarity. Within layered resin, individual elements accumulate into forms that shift as light moves through and across their surfaces.
Across the collection, repetition becomes both method and metaphor. Each mark exists independently while contributing to something larger, allowing rhythm, variation, and complexity to emerge from a simple recurring form.
Dot considers how presence can be built gradually, one deliberate act at a time.
